    I recommended Steve to a friend of mine (who is also looking to pick up a storm today.) More commission goodness for Steve.

    If Steve says it's okay, writing a letter to his supervisor about the great service you've received would be a nice thing to do as well.

    Do you have an employee ID or a way to contact your supervisor/manager/call center GM via phone or email? I would love to have it. I'm a telecom manager myself and I love to get this information for my employees.
