    Hey everyone,

I just created a web server and wanted to access it through Opera Mini on my Storm. Problem is that it will not allow me to type numbers in the URL area. I want to type my IP address and even though I'm typing numbers, letters appear. For example, 72 starts off the IP address. When I type 7 I get a "c". Blackberry browser allows me to type numbers no problem. Anyone else have this problem?

    Yep it is a problem.

But here it the work around if you want to go to the trouble.
lock the shift upper lower case button on the alpha keypad the aA button push and hold until it gets a lock symbol.

    Then e=1 t=2 u=3 d=4 g=5 j=6 c=7 b=8 m=9 space =0

Now if you find a key for the * let me know cause I can't find a work around for that.

    Good luck.

Mine is "fixed" but I am not sure how it happened.

either (1) the OS fixed it (103) or (2) the "disabling autocomplete" tweak fixed it.

either way I can now enter numbers :-)

Another solution is tap insert symbol while you're trying to input your address and it should go to a text screen and you can use the keyboard like normal and then the bb key to confirm it and then it'll transfer over what you typed in the address bar :-)
