.4xx radio version - Should show .580 in Help-->About screen
Install the .4xx os of your choosing for your device, replace the files in the java folder with the hybrid files and install.
Before you can load up the os, you need to type a command into the BlackBerry.alx file so all the files will load properly.
I have premade the alx file, so all you need to do is download it and put it in the os folder with the rest of the alx files.

The problem is in the blackberry.alx file, its too old and does not tell DM to add this file into the install.
If you take the net_rim_bbapi_sharing.cod from the hybrid and load it on to your phone through bbsak it should be away.
You can also go into the blackberry.alx and add the file name in there and it will then install automatically.
Just drop it in the OS folder with the other alx files.

i loaded the 607 software then delete the files in the java folder then replace with the file from here. then whip unit, then load software using the loader in the software.
First reboot after battery pull took FOREVER. Not even sure how long I stared at the white Telus (carrier splash) screen but was almost ready to wipe and restart.
Everything looks fine so far - will update tomorrow.
Make an effort and atleast read the first post. Yes. There three separate versions. One for the .607 radio, one for .5xx radio, and one for .4xx radio. Just make sure you download the right version.

same thing, I downloaded the shrunk version and did the same thing. No dice. Ive been loading OS's for ever, dont know what the issue is.
Wiped, Installed .607 with this hybrid and up and running fine so far, will let you know how everything is in a 2 days unless a new one comes out, thanks again and keep it up (:
The only bad thing I'm noticing so far is that reboots are taking well over 15 minutes!!! The majority of it is stalled at the white Telus screen. Then when its done, net rim BB phone app has crashed - but once that error clears everything works like normal.

Quick question .I tried out the previous Hybrid before this ,I believe it was 748 . It's my first from Oak and before that I had Lyric's and Willy's .
So,Where is the Shrink an OS part? I was just a bit confused cause I was so used to the Shrink an OS being part of the package that I had to figure out how to load it.
Anyway,everythings fine. Phone is loaded up and running ok.
I decided to try the .428 base and so far I abolutely love it, will let you know specifics in two days when it settles in. Thanks Oak my first hybrid of anyone but Lyric!
Anyone else so far getting severe lag in texting or emails when typing? Ill give it more time but I might go back two hybrid versions even though ill lose speed in the browser.
