My "estimated" delivery time was for tomorrow before 7PM, and according to VZW sometime on Wednesday. I really do believe they are telling everyone longer to cover their butts.

I just hope that it gets here in the next 15 mins before I leave for work.

Well just got off the phone with cs and I have a new date of shipping.

Dec 3rd as of now. I'm thinking of calling back and cancelling my order and just waiting to pick it up after all the hype is done with.

When people got thier "your order is processed & shipped" email, did it say the following?

Your Internet Order has been processed & shipped. You should receive your equipment in 10-15 business days.

I hate this. My phone is stuck on a FedEx truck driving around the city since 6:34 this morning. It is lonely and is waiting to be named. That driver needs to hurry up!

bong_water, do you know if these cutoff dates and times are for when the order was placed, or when it was processed? I placed an order at 6:30 am EST on 11/21. If I log into the VZW website and look at my equipment receipt, it has a date of 11/22. My credit card was charged on 11/22. No tracking number.

So I ordered through a Verizon store at 8:30 AM local time, does that mean my order could ship as late as the 25th?

Checking my order status online either says they have no record of the order or technical difficulties, CS was not able to produce a tracking number when I called in a few hours ago.

Ugh.

i call today the cs give me a fedex tracking number, drop off time and date 11/24/08 at 3:38pm. i bought the phone on 11/21/08 at 7:30am

my order was done at 7:54am friday morning and mine is on the fed-ex truck to deliver to me today. looks like a hit or miss on who gets it or not

I finally received my Blackberry Storm today! I went to the local Verizon Wireless store on Friday 11/21 at 11:30am EST. When I got there, I was told by one of the reps that they had sold out but I would be able to order the Storm via the store. I ended up getting the Storm for $149.99 plus free overnight shipping. I was told to call the store back to get a tracking number. I ended up calling telesales instead and was told that Storm would not be shipped out until Dec. 5. I then went to the Verizon store and spoke to the rep and she told me that I should receive the phone either by Monday 11/24. Well nothing came yesterday so today I called the local Verizon store to get a tracking number. Luckily, there was a tracking number and I visited the Fedex website. I saw that the Storm was set for delivery today and now I have it. I'm so happy!
