I think that's why he puts "Official Date" in quotes... He's not actually stating they were official.. simply that they were "official" ...

i think he means the 23rd. i work at a wireless retailer for VZW, my boss told me yesterday after her meeting that they won't release until the 23rd. so yeah, it did get pushed back.
