I have a "friend" who was at a VZW training and he said it was to be released on the 23rd. The new every 2 will be used on the phone because that is how it goes.

I took it as they pushed it back because the "original" launch was scheduled for Sunday, the 15th. Which is why what he said made no sense to me.
