Hi all,

I am new to this forum so you can call me a noobie. I have a question about the OS system. I am currently running on the 4.7.0.75 and I wondering if there has been an official release of a new system. I am hesitant to download the .85 because it was leaked and I am to scared if anything goes wrong since I am not system junkie. Thanks!!

There's a sticky in the OS sub-forum that lists the current official OS.

If you are not comfortable with installing a leaked copy onto your BB, don't. Nobody is forcing you too. Eventually there will be another official update. Just wait for it.

Official Release for Verizon is .75 and the leaked version is .85.

For what its worth; VZW tech support told me they will be releasing a update next month. She wouldn't give details or timing, she just said it would address numerous issues.
