i have been running .109 for a few hours now.....coming from .99 w/ no device wipe, i noticed

    lag is snappier

my memory has increased and running steady between 30-43

    portrait/ landscape switching is smoother

dont really see any color depth difference

viewing pictures is way better......all pictures load faster and scrolling is smooth

sending and receiving MMS messages perfectly......havent checked sending video actually recorded from the phone

all in all this OS seems pretty darn good.....well give it a few days ......only because it takes so long to change betas i just let it run and see what it will do....

I don't see much of a difference at all.

i upgraded from 103. lost 3 mb of memory though and didnt change a thing except the OS, I checked it right before I plugged it in to upgrade.

i havent really had any problems with .99, .103. or .109. Texting is a little slow, it will freeze for about 5 seconds and i have to wait...which is pretty annoying. It has done this with all OSs

I hate this whole "snappier" craze.

Bt video works fine for me. Listening/watching about 10 mins with no garble. Jabra bt260s. Will keep watching.

I just came off of the .109 hybrid (.106 hybrid before that).

The hybrids were fast.... .109 seemed to leak some memory. This straight .109 with the new platform seems the best yet.

Very fast.... so far very stable.... will have to wait until a full day tommorow to see how battery life and memory hold up.

    Definitely worth the install.

I hate this. I'll stick with my ipod for music until this is fixed.
Yeah, it's not too big of a deal if you only have 400 songs or so on. In fact, at 430 mine counted up reliably every time. The problem is when you have 1300 songs (I did at one point before I got sick of this issue) and it counts up to 900 or something, you pull the card and it goes to 600, so you pull again and it comes up to 1100, then... And it takes about 5 card pulls to get them to all show up. I just upped from 430 last week to 518 and that's when I started having problems again. It also doesn't always add up all my videos. It's not a real big issue for me since I only use the Storm as an additional MP3 player and also have my 80 Gig iPod. But for those wanting to replace their iPod with the Storm this could be very frustrating.

need someone to point me in the right direction. In previous downloads as soon as it was done, I clicked run and it would save the app, and open up DM and auto update my phone.

Now with .109 download it's not opening up DM automatically, and I can't seem to figure out how to get it on the phone.

thanks in advance for your help

does it matter if you break 35 or 34mb? 109 seems to run nice and smooth. earlier leak used to crash when left on bb messenger. seems to be ok now. we'll see in a couple days.

I had .75 and then loaded .103 and the memory leaked down so fast everyday that i had to downgrade to .75. I did the upgrade from .75 to .109 and everything seems great... so far. we shall see.

to all the newbies out there... i would DEF recommend .109. it makes the phone so much better to use. its like a different device.

a word to everyone out there. if your memory seems to be depleteing quickly, check your 3rd party apps. i think the combo of talklock and viigo was causing the problem originally for me.

Having a problem installing. And have installed every update since .75. Download .exe then install. Open up DM. Check for updates then nothing? Reinstalled .exe... same problem.

    Any Suggestions?!
