    Two Questions..
    Does anybody have the OEM Ringtones to download?
    And does anybody know how to remove them from the phone like the OEM Wallpaper?

    Go to blackberry.com/na and sign up in the owners lounge. Once you have created an account, log in. Once in the owners lounge, on the left screen click on Downloads> then click on ringtones. There you will find additional oem ringtones for free.
