i recently bought a lcd screen and touch digitizer on ebay and it said it was oem but if its not would it affect my battery life? i know storms are know for having horrible battery life but now with this new lcd screen my phone will completly discharge in about 6 hours just sitting there with very few txts sent and recived and maybe a few calls made. any ideas why its doing this.. thanks in advance all replys will be appreciated

btw screen brightness is set to 40, gps is off i have it set to 2g and bluetooth is off also

If you have upgraded you OS recently, that may be your problem - .519 does drain the battery much quicker (but has a better RADIO).

And you could double check all of your connections....but ultimately it sound like a problem with the LCD.
