I just changed over to a new Storm (replacement). For some reason, it didn't ask me to send a PIN number update to all the people on BBM, which it did last time. One of my friends BBMed me asking "how my pin transferred to my new phone". I sent a test pin to both the new pin and old pin, and I only got the message that was sent to the correct/new pin like it was supposed to, which is good. What's going on?
How did you change devices? If you use the Switch Device wizard through DM it should do everything on its own w/o notifying anyone .. sounds like thats what you did.
Your PIN wouldn't transfer, but if you use the Switch Device wizard it essentially just swaps it out and adds all your contacts back etc. so they won't even notice.
