Maybe this is a stupid question, but why can't I recieve my sms messages unless I call my voicemail, or something? I'm ready to punt this phone....... (not because I don't like it, but because I'm frustrated)

Phone has nothong to do with it... it's the SOC code @ ur company... CALL THEM tell them to refresh ur switch and remove the SOC code and put it back !!!
