    My storm will only pick up gprs and GPRS never edge or EDGE. Im on .141 and have tryed .132 neither seem to give me neither EDGE's. I dont know if anybodys had this problem and got it fixed but if anybody knew anythign thatd be great

    Unfortunately the newer OS's don't have good GSM radio code. Most on Tmo & ATT use the version .90 radio code.

    Well i hear of people always having edge or EDGE and i have never not once seeen it

    anybody please, i talked to tmobile and the rep said anything thing lower then -90 dbm should be edge and i had 76 today and it was just full GPRS bars

    Are you sure you're in a location that receives EDGE coverage? There have been a few times when I was in major areas with T-Mobile that just didn't have EDGE coverage, sucked when I was trying to tether my phone in a Seattle suburb. Some places carriers just decided to exclude from EDGE upgrades back in 2003-2005

    I had the EXACT same issue and I took pkcable advice and installed the .90 radio code and problem solved!!! And I am on T-mobile!

    You dont need to use .90 codes any more go into options to TCP/IP and delete the wap.voicestream.com or what ever you have in there and unclick it. Leave it blank and you'll have EDGE all day long. Only down fall I found to this is aps ubertwitter that use dedicated TCP/IP wont work.

    @gthmcty1 how's the random resets for you. I found the further in OS we get from the .90 codes the more my phone pissed me off.
