OK, listen. I'm a brand-new BB user (hubby got me one for Valentine's Day), so please be kind.
I used BIS to add my email account (it's on a local server, not any of the big names) and was able to get like 3 emails. And now...nothin'. I'm using Outlook if that matters.
I (obviously) am no computer wiz, so I need the *****'s answer, ok? Thanks...these forums have been great!
Go to the BIS site on your BB (or PC) and remove the account. Set it up again and see if you're having the same issue. Sometimes this will fix the issue.
Goin' there as we speak. I've done that once and it gave me three more emails than I got before, so maybe this will work for the whole enchilada this time. Thanks.
