    so last night i noticed i havent gotten an email on my storm for a couple of days. sent myself a test email and sure enough my storm is a piece of sh!t. its not receiving any emails. i had .99 but i downgraded back to .90 to see if that would help but no luck. anybody else ever have this problem? any help would be appreciated.

    I had this problem yesterday too and had to send my service books again from the email settings page. Worked fine after that.

    how do you do that? i went into the email setting and didnt see anything with service book

    Go to Set Up--->Email Settings------->High light the email account and click the Blackberry button------>scroll down to service books-----> click send service books.

    You should be good to go in 20 minutes.

    thanks for you help.

    it was actually a problem with verizon wireless. for some reason they suspended my email accessibility but its fixed now.
