    Hey everyone,

Whenever I try to download an app, everything seems to work fine. I get to the download screen, click permissions, everything is allowed, and then it downloads. Then, when I try to find it on my home screen, its not there! Its not in the downloads folder either. But, if I got to the applications menu in the advanced menu, it is on the list! What is going on??

    Thanks!

Well did you check the download folder? menu/ download folder should be in there. To move it highlight the program and menu key and move folder.

That's weird, are you sure your downloads were completed then? It should've been in there. Check Menu/ advance option/ applications if it's listed in there, if not then it probably didn't finish downloading. If it's in there and not in the download, or application folder, then no idea.

I noticed the same thing. However, after I went to the Applications Folder, then the BB key, and then select show all and everything was there.

This happened to me when I attempted to install an app the was made for an older OS version. The app would appear in the applications list but no icon.

Try rebooting and then turning it off and then look again. I downloaded a bunch of applications, couldn't find them, and then gave up and went to bed, and magically they were in the applications folder this a.m.

put your device in landscape, menu, options, see what is the default folder for your downloaded apps? Try create a new folder and change the default download folder to that.
Also, are you on a BES? maybe you are only allowed to use restricted apps.

, no worries... It happened to me when I switched to storm from Bold, some of the old settings were ota synced to it.
Now you just need to move all you apps to the appropriate folder.
    Enjoy!
