1st person: delivery needs to be ordered and in the system by thursday 4:30 to get saturday delivery
2nd Person: was told there is no weekend delivery but somepeople are going to pay the extra charge for NEXT DAY AIR but there is no saturday delivery so anybody that is buying it today expecting to get it NEXT DAY AIR - will have it monday.
SO YOU PROBABLY JUST SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY when you wont have it till monday.

I just ordered mine through customer service and he said my phone will be here by noon tomorrow and it will definitely be going out today. I hope your wrong. Does anyone know if they email your tracking #?
if it states "Saturday" then you can get your money back like others have said if you don't get it tomorrow. BUT if it/they said next day meaning next business day which is Monday then they will not refund you. make sure you understand what they are saying. Because Sat is available!

my CS rep told me to check the order status at around 3pm and I should see the tracking number. the problem with that is it takes 24 hours for the tracking number to get into FedEx's system. so by the time you see the actual tracking info, you may actually have the phone.
well just ordered mine Saturday delivery no problem. rep had to check and see if fed ex could offer overnight to my area. if you were not offered it you most likely live somewhere that can't offer it. not a vzw issue, just where you live. sucks they couldn't sell accessories.

yeah i was told the same thing, but as long as i get a tracking number im ok, cause that will be enough for me to know it is going out
9:02 pac time just got off the phone with my vzw rep and I will receive mine tomorriw before noon. She called a few days ago to see if I was still interested. Told her to call me first thing in the morn Fri; she did so mine is on the way.............
I preordered yesterday. This morning at around 8 a.m. my rep. called and told me that she was putting the order through and that it would definitely be arriving tomorrow Saturday before 12 (for which I did pay $20).
When I ordered it yesterday, she had to check and make sure that my zip code is one of those that is serviced by Fed Ex on Saturday.
She also confirmed for me that my device is shipping from the west coast facility (I am in L.A.) and that any problems reported by DuLac and others this morning were on the east coast.
I can't wait!
I have received confirmation of my order and expect a tracking # later.
