    All of a sudden I have no option to send forwarded emails. Any thoughts?

    Are you hitting the blackberry button? That's one way.
    Also, there is an envelope with a blue arrow at the bottom of the screen while in the e-mail.

    If neither shows... do a battery pull and all will be well.

    Try resending your service books. When I was first trying to send an email from my accounts, I didn't have a send option. When I resent my service books, I did have the send option.

    I *think* that was my problem, but now I have send.

    went to the Verizon BIS site and had to update info on Storm from my 8130, did battery pull and now everything works again. Thank you for your ideas.
