    So I randomly got this email two days ago:

    Congratulations, you have successfully set up myname@vzw.blackberry.net with your BlackBerry(R) device. You should begin receiving new messages in approximately 20 minutes.
    Um....I was already receiving all my messages just fine and now I'm NOT getting them. What happened? I wasn't even messing with my phone...

    Did you login to your Vzw BIS website to check your settings/pin and such? It sounds like something changed?

    Good suggestion. If that email is there you can delete it. https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

    I logged into my BIS, everything seemed normal. I haven't touched that thing in months (if it ain't broke, don't fix it!).

    I resent my Service Books so maybe that'll fix it. I guess I'll have to wait it out...
