Everytime I upgrade a BB Storm, I lose 15-20 minutes worth of emails to that Storm while it upgrades. They never arrive, even after the device has been re-provisioned. This is with BES.
- hookup BB to desktop via USB and upgrade
- hookup BB to BES via USB and re-provision
Am I doing something wrong or missing a step? I've even tried disabling redirection for users before the upgrade and then re-enabling, but same problem.
