    Just got a replacement - there is no email setup. I used DM to install again, but no dice. Should I send the replacement back or does anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance!

    This has happened to me before. I'm assuming you've already called *228 to activate it. Sometimes, for whatever reason, it takes time to come up. Try resending your service books, and if that doesn't work, a battery pull.

    Thanks! Yeah, I had to register the device under Advanced Options. That did the trick.
