it might be just me but WiFi seemed to connect a little bit faster on this OS. I normally had to turn off the Mobile network and force WiFi to turn on but with this OS it was almost instant.

SaskTel is a Company that serves Saskatchewan and Manitoba in Canada. Sasktel also rents there hardware to Telus and Bell, they haven't upgraded to HSPA+ yet and that is why there is no HSPA+ coverage in sask and man in Canada.

ps Installing the new OS now, as i start my drinking, happy St. Pattys Day!

The bug was that sometimes when you click in the text window to type a message, the menu screen comes up at the same time as the keyboard. This release (so far) has fixed that problem.

interesting... phone wont reboot in the middle of the install...keeps dying even tho it is charged. Boo! This sounds like a problem. Disconnected BB from computer and rebooting...seems to be running now. Let's see how things turn out.

I dont think this is an OS install issue but a phone one or at least I hope.

i second that, just going on batt pull #3 and beer #3, booted up with 100mb free, .451 was 97 for me (yes i am taking advantage of the extra mem for now and install a f load)

Otherwise i haven't run into any bugs, i just hope the bug for me, when i turn my phone sideways during a call it goes to speaker phone, goes away.

Let you know tomorrow how it goes through the night....

I turn off the internet connection on my computer so it doesn't search for updates and come up with no updates. Try that maybe?
