My brother got a storm, we set up a new email. we can send email but no new email comes in. it's been forever since i set mine up (yeah yeah, since december). I remember something about Service Books being the problem, i just dont remember what to do. Please give me a tip. Yes we did a battery pull (a few of them), still no email. This is a pop account (not yhoo, gmail, etc -- it's our own website server).

Again, sends email fine, but no new emails come to the phone.

To send service books:
Go to the manage email icon and click it.
The browser will launch. Click on service books to open that page.
Then click on send service books.

i just did that. still not getting email to my phone.

could it be something other than service books?

Did you accidentally set the firewall while messing around? Options>Security>Firewall

If you enabled it, could be the reason you can send but not receive. One of my employees did this with his text messages.
