Hey everyone just got my storm Saturday and I am loving it.....one thing I loved about my LG envey was that it would say the callers name/number and then give me that person's personal ringtone can I do that with my storm...also I got this app slacker radio is it freee for real??? Any other must have's for a newbie??? Thanks:D
yes it's REALLY free...
And yes you can assign ringtones....
you can create custom ringtones (mp3's even!) for individual people by going into contacts and assigning a custom ring tone to each person - just go to contacts, edit contact, and then select a custom ring tone for them!
you can do that on the storm too...

Now that that is out of the way.
When you input a contact name and phone number their info will show up on the incoming call screen. You can add a ringtone under the custom ringtones/alerts line.
As for the Slacker deal....search the forums there are several threads on it!
