i just recently bought a storm 9530 to use on ATT.
ive read all the unlock stuff and im confused.

my phones status is:

personalization:
sim: unknown
network: unknown
network subset: unknown
service provider: unknown
corporate: unknown

the phone was working under verison as whom i bought it from was using it without issues.

also the MEP2 screen will not show up.

i really wish to use this phone as my iphone literally blew up and i will never own another one again!
any advice on where to start?

Did you turn your phone on to accept the GSM network setting?

Your phone appears unlocked, so that shouldn't be your problem. Do you have an AT&T SIM card in it? Once you do that, follow these instructions:

I have an unlocked 9530 on AT&T that I mess around with as a second phone. I use these instructions and everything works just fine. Good luck!

the at sim is in right now but when i try to turn on the radio it trys and tuns off

just did the crackutility but till wont work.
every time i try now to turn on the network it goes to sos and insert simcard.
but now the mep2 scren shows up with 10 trys left.

but it is picking up the att network under service status screen.

You can buy it on here or other websites, or you can get it for free on berrymods.com

Just follow their instructions and you'll get it within a few hours usually.
