When I send a pictures to another BB phone or received a picture from a BB user it shows the pic upside down, any idea how to fix this or a good application to rotate the picture.

Second issue, is there anyway to remove the pre-installed ringtones/alerts and pre-installed pictures.

For the removal of things you don't want try Shrink-a-OS, you can get it over at BBHybrids.net.

Take the picture in landscape like you would a normal camera and see if that fixes it for you.

This something I've noticed happening since .607 came about. Depending on the hybrid, you can still use .607 as a base unless you'd rather use .517, which I used to use and some people swear by.
