I recently been having some problems with my bb storm after update to .328. basicly i am having what it seems to be is data issues i recieve all my ims late or next day even and im not sure how to fix it. I have done 10000 battery pulls, wipe and reinstall of os reinstall of aim and it seems to get worse everyday. call verizon resent service books and the whole blah blah crap. im not sure how i can actually help my phone to be better with data because its not only aim its browser and facebook and all the good apps!! any help guys?

I take it you have done a PRL update? That is the dial *228 option 2? Or so as a worst case, you can do a more robust resend of the service books, and that is to delete them from the device first and THEN resend so they totally rebuild. Try &*228 first.

i have done the *228 option and i have deleted everything in my service books except provisioning because i couldnt delete it and resent them and did a battery pull and nothing im running out of options and soon i think i will be saying the words DROID

Poor data reception was the primary reason I dumped .328 and reverted to .230. I would drop 1XEV in known good reception areas.

Plus .230 has the best memory management of any OS I have had, I "never" have to do a battery pull due to low memory

I had the same issues with .328. Try .327 and see if it's better ot downgrade back down.

thanks guys im trying everything i recently did a change to the oneofakindpc hybrid .328/371 which seems ok with data so far but if anything i can downgrade to .327 or .323 but i would hate to go back to 4.7.167
