Im trying to get my email set up so i do the email set up and it brings me to a blackberry internet service setup asking for username and password. I have no clue what to do.
You need to create a user name and password on your carrier's BIS. That's what it's prompting you to do. The use rname you create will be your user name for your BlackBerry email account.
