    My disk wont install and I know you have to use the computer to do the upgrade, where can I find the program I need to do the upgrade?

    If you ever need it and don't have the disk, you can go to Blackberry and download what is needed. Personnaly I use 4.6 because I had some difficulty with 4.7 not working properly.

    Sounds like you are on your way.

    Well I d/l it and cant open the file it says it is not a windows 32 file. Well let me try a different one, there were quite a few on BB website.
