I have been expeirencing this problem with my storm for a little while now. I have full serves and 1XEV but in the top corner the little send/receive arrow is smaller than usual and keep point towards the top corner like it going out. while this is happening i can't send/recieve texts or send/recieve calls then maybe a couple hours later ill receive like a million emails/texts all at once.
