9530 on Verizon, currently running .83, Jabra VBT2050 BT headset will not pair, the BB sees it, the Jabra prompts for the access code, I enter the code (0000) and it says 'failed to pair'.

BT worked fine on the original build (.75) but will not pair on .83 (tried .86 also and BT would not pair for that OS either, battery sucked and had stability issues so downgraded back to .83)

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned "on" on the Storm
      • Menu
      • Manage Connections
      • There should be a check mark next to "Bluetooth"
      • If not, press the box to turn on Bluetooth
    2. From "Manage Connections" menu, Click on "Set Up Bluetooth"
      • You should see a screen that says "Add Device"
    3. Before clicking search, put the headset into pairing mode
      • Make sure the headset is charged
      • Press-and hold--the multifunction button for 10 seconds
      • (The multifunction button is the round silver button in the center)
    4. Click "Search" to search for the headset
      • If pairing mode was successfully activated, the Storm should find the headset
    5. Enter pairing code "0000"
    6. Done

oh, yeah. the other oddity with the 2050 is that to repair it, you have to turn the power on first.
