NE one working on 3rd Party Keyboards for Storm?

I just downloaded ShortCutMe_Touch and saw that beyond the fact that it's a good shortcut tool, I like that it shows you above your fingers which letter pad you are pressing. Was just wondering if there were any developers out there trying to modify the existing keyboard (which prob isn't possible) or developing a third party keyboard that possibly could implement this? Maybe even get rid of the click (i.e. touch only input like Opera Mini).

I know that there are several other apps that are touch only so the storm does read touch only input it's just per application correct?
