that version still doesn't quite work.
on several selections, I was able to view some account information once, then selecting a differenct one would freeze while contacting the server.
Compatibility Mode helps with viewing the selections, but that only seems because the Non-compatibility mode doesn't load properly, as there is no actual GUI, it all seemed to be handled by the BB menu.
It would probably be easier to pay over the phone or a BB browser compatible with their payment site.
Make sure that you are using the storm version of MyVerizon 2.0.14 since two different version released recently.

No such luck for me, I get a greyish brown screen and a status loading bar.
It loads like Compatibility mode was enabled, but without the keyboard.
(Compatibility Mode is not enabled) I've tried both with and without.
It starts with a Verizon splash image in the upper left corner, which takes up a quarter of the screen. Then it goes to the grey load screen. Then it immediately takes me to the My Balance page. The BB menu is available, but any of them might fail at any time. Going back with the cancel button
freaks out the app and we sit there staring at each other until somebody blinks.
