So I am waiting for a phone call and glance down at my phone to notice that where my bar (signal strength) usually is, it says off. I did a battery pull hoping that would just reset things but still off.

How do I turn it back on because I am waiting for a friend to call with Bruins playoff tickets

Under Manage Connctions make sure mobile network is displaying your carrier and it hasn't been turned off

the Battery was prob dying so it shut the connections off happens to me all the time...you could also just try to call the last person you called and it will ask you if you want to restore your connections

I had this happen to me the other day... scared the crap out of me cause i didn't know what I did to it!! took me about 20 min to find the settings and turn it back on. not sure if some buttons accidentally got clicked while in my purse (i thought i had it locked but i didn't) or if it just decided to be goofy.

I just hit the phone button like I'm going to place a call and it will restore connections. This happens to me when I back up my phone apps.

Generally I find that if your battery drops below 20% it will turn your connection off to save on juice.

Wireless service turns off when the BB powers off for the night. i need to turn it on manually through Manage Connections. tomorrow i will see if the phone button does it, as above.

similar to what Geocache said, mine turns off when I backup apps.
