    Ok, well my storm was stolen from me about a week ago and i was hoping i had dropped it or someone found it and would turn it in but i got nothing. i turned in a insurance claim and asked only a few questions.
    1.what all is included in with the insurance. well what i was told aggravated me greatly. they told me i would get a case the phone and a headset with battery and charger.
    2. I than proceeded to ask if the 8GB micro sd card was included. i was worried now cause it was not stated. well the person told me that it was not included with the insurance. i was furious at this time

    after arguing with the insurance person, to no avail was it covered and it wouldn't be included. She guaranteed it. then proceeded to put my claim through without me telling her to. stupid me had given my card number before thinking about the questions. i was than told that i can't cancel and i got a click and a dial tone.

    at this time i was almost in a full out Rage, so i called back. and of course the person who had to deal with me kinda took a little verbal abuse at first. but this lady was very nice and i calmed down and apologized and was told i could refuse the package and would get a refund or i could send it back with a label she would send me within 7 days and again i would get a full refund.

    well i decided that i would just go through with it because there is nothing i can do. I need my phone for school, and workman's comp. i got injured recently at my job and... well that's a long story. i opened the box yesterday and was almost in tears of joy when it included 2 headsets... both the crappy one. a battery, car charger and all the stuff that originally came with the phone. than i saw a Verizon box with a brand new blackberry phone inside. thats when i started thinking they messed up. i opened it up and what made me the happiest was seeing the 8GB micro sd inside the phone. and i had received a free car charger which i never had. $13.00 on ebay more if you buy from Verizon.

    Well i deceded to call and ask about the case because it was not there. I in no way was mad or insistant on getting it because i had gotten the micro sd which i was denied plus a car charger, so i had pretty much got some of my $50 back.

    The man i spoke to didn't even hesitate to send me a new package of accessories even though i only asked "about" the case. didn't ask for it. i got it today and it included a secondary battery a 3rd wall charger and a case that was better than the case i previously had.

    I know none of this was interesting but i thought i would put it up just for someone to have some reading material. if anyone else has had a problem with customer service or has a problem with customer service. just know they will probably send you everything you can get for the phone.

    Sweet dude! Asurion is very good about getting it right, even if all of their reps aren't "people persons". I’ve found that very rarely these days can I get something done with one phone call. These reps are expected to be "super reps" and cover essentially what should be 2, 3 and sometimes 4 jobs simultaneously. Not that someone can't handle taking the calls, but the info going along with each task is vast and there are minute nuances to each situation which no one person will always know. So you end up having a 2nd rep "proof read" what the other rep did to make sure something isn't left out.

    My tirade ends with the quote "you get what you pay for". When companies try to "streamline to save money" that means the reps are getting fricked, and have to do more work. I’d rather my wallet suffer $8 more a month than the service suffer. 'Nuff said.

    But the second shipment of accessories is kicka$$ bro!
