My Backberry Storm Saga
Anyways,
I am now the proud owner of another Blackberry Storm that has been sent to myself, that has issues straight out of the box. This is my fourth phone and as far as I'm concerned, this is four way to much.
My first phone was ok, but had some dust and a dead pixel. I sent it back.
My second phone appeared to have a chip under the screen, took it to a store to verify as told by customer service and the store said they didnt belive it was a big enough defect for them and told me to bugger off. I called customer service and emailed the CEO, which leads me to...
My third phone, this phone's battery drains within 12 hours, and the power button is about to fall off. I complain again, and then I get!
Phone number four, straight out of the box. I turn it on, white screen on loading and bam, 4 pieces of dust top right corner, one dead pixel and the top of the phone wont click at all, it's tighter than a rich man's wallet.
I like the phone, but this is the last straw for me. I was going to get rid of it after the third, but love it so much I gave it another chance. No more!
Want to know how to spot a refurb? If you get a phone that has a seal that has two stickers, one broken and one that you break, then it's a refurb. The lazy buggers couldnt be bothered taking the old sticker off, and just stuck it over the top. My past two phones were refurbs, and Im a little mad.

Sorry to hear about your situation. Best of luck with your next phone!

"My third phone, this phone's battery drains within 12 hours"
Damn. I wish mine would last that long. Still love my phone, though.

Good luck. I'm not familiar enough with UK carriers to recommend something else.
You might try an unlocked Nokia. A guy at work swears by his and hasn't owned anything but Nokia for years. Even pays the massive prices to get them.

Sorry, I should say drains within 12 hours, and I dont even touch the phone once other than to see it about to run out of battery.
