Seems to work as switching apps, but not as mute. Anyone knows if it can be configured or changed?
Also, any shortcut to see and manage open apps to close them and not have them in the background using battery?
As far as the Mute button, mine works fine to while I'm listening to MP3's. I haven't tried it on anything else. While on your home screen push and hold the BlackBerry button (2nd button on bottom with the 7 dots on it). This will bring up a list of apps, you can scroll left or right to view them. Not sure if you can close from this option but you can select to go to it then close it. Hope this helped!
