preloaded ringtones and everything works fine. All of a sudden my loaded music will not play. Th speaker works fine but the music will not play....Any suggestions?
My 9530 quit playing music too and it sounds like the same situation. The stock ringtones would play and there was noise on the phone but my music downloads would not work. I did a battery pull and when I put it back together it was working fine again. I hope this helps!
