I just got my Blackberry Storm last evening. Aside from it being a new 'toy' for me, I'm new to the Blackberry world.
I installed the Blackberry Desktop manager and then installed the beta version of the new OS being. I can't even remember if it worked before, but when I plug in the BB to my PC, I'm given a pop-up window called "MTP Media Player." I'm given two options: Transfer files using Window Media Player or Take No Action.
First of all it won't automatically open the desktop manager and it's really annoying. Secondly, I don't know if something is truly WRONG. My settings are currently MTP = on and Mass Storage Mode When Connected = No.
