I used Handbreak to convert my avi. movies as posted on one of the threads in this forum. I followed all directions as far as settings. I converted the movie to mp4 files as recommended in the thread. I transfered the mp4 file onto the storm and when I go into Media>Videos it does not show up. Before I used Handbreak I transfered the moviw as AVI and it plays ok, but when I convert as mp4 it won;t show.

try "super" to convert your video files instead, it works really well

Restrain bitrate to 2mbps res max 640*480*24 and use iphone profile. You'll be just fine
