I would start by looking through the list of movie that are already converted for you in the Movies/Videos Subforum.

Then if you can't find a certain one, use the previous posters link to convert your own.

I cant find a free one to convert to. I dont really want to pay for software to do this

Videora BlackBerry Storm Converter. Works fine by me!
They have quick converts for poor quality stuff, or long converts for good quality, sound, and audio/video strip alignment.
I'd say just google it and it should do the trick

They also have stuff for iPods, youtube videos, and others.
