How the *$!?#^* do you move more than one file at a time...?

It can't be possible that you have to move every single file on this thing one at a time.

    Right?

Have you tried touching one file and then, without lifting your finger up, touch another file with another finger. This is how you select more than one file. You can choose select from the menu as well and then just touch to select other files.

Mass Storage Mode will let you move multiple pix at a time. The Media App on the phone can only move one at a time. Mass Storage Mode can't see the device memory, only the Media card. If you have pix in the device memory, you have to use the Media App to get them out to the Media Card, then you can use Mass Storage Mode to copy to / from PC.

    for example:

if you snap a bunch of pictures..

    say, for xmas

and want to transfer ALL of them at a time from where they are to a "XMAS" folder

i'm actually just trying to copy from one place on the storm to another...

however, it would make alot of sense to do it all at once through the computer.

I was just hoping for one on the device, if there is a way I am still interested in knowing. I guess until then I'll use the laptop as a median.

You can move them from one folder to another on the Media Card without copying them first to your PC. I like to copy to the PC, just so I have a backup in case the card dies.

    Jeff -

I agree on the computer for back-up of course... always a smart idea

and I know you can move from one folder to another, that's exactly what I've been doing. What I'd like to be able to do is move several from one place to another at the same time without having to hook up to a PC.
