My brand new three day old storm 9530 replacement keeps failing to send messages. It gives me a system message stating 'Mobile Equipment Status Failed". This happened with my original storm 9530, and quite honestly, being that my new one is, well, brand spankin new, I am a bit upset with Verizon and RIM.
First off, what exactly does it mean?
And second, is there any way i could use this as some sort of breach of contract on Verizons end? Such as failure to provide adequate service?
