I got this too. Tried to watch The Office in my office. It seems they've changed the site around a bit and made it more user friendly... If I had to guess, they're going through some growing pains. Hopefully when it comes back they've fixed some of the video issues they were having before.
I tried all of the network mobile sites and same thing. "HTTP Error 403: Forbidden" I am running .132 think that is the problem?
If they are making changes to the website the problem is more than likely not the OS on the phone. They probably changed the format that they were airing the videos. Scifi.com had this issue recently. If they have a support link on the page I would advise asking about it as opposed to condemning the operating system from bad results of not rendering a web page that is getting remodeled correctly.
