I have automatic retrieval set to home only because I go to the U.S. on weekends and don't want to pay the data roaming, but that shouldn't be a problem if I'm always within the Bell network should it?

Considering TELUS openely admits to not offering MMS, that seems unlikely

So i just spoke to bell cuz i had problems with my MMS sending/receiving.

    Easy fix...
    go to advanced options/service books.
Delete all your service books entires.
You're gona have to delete them 1 by 1 sorry.
The only one it wont let you delete is the "Provisioning [ provisioning]" which is fine.

Then, go to setup folder...email setting, BB button and send service books.

Once that is done do a Battery pull.

This fixes the problem. According to them. It did for me.

FYI...once rebooted if you see it doesnt work. Go back and check if your service books are back. If not, call bell and they will send them for you.

call bell, tell them u'll delete all ur service books and then ask them to resend them. They have a storm there, so they can test it with you.

After they did that and a batt pull, it works. I tested it on my friend storm too.

From what i hear. Telus does not offer MMS but they will. Now, i dont know if its a fact or not but thats what the customer service agent said. Dont know if he was trying to get me off the phone or not but im just relaying the message.
