It seams like no matter what i do I cannot get texting to stop lagging while i'm typing - I'm used to my full keyboard voyager so i feel like the Storm can't keep up with my typing.. Is there anything you guys have found that sped up MMS Texting a bit while typing? I guess it applies for emails too but it's fast typing in a URL etc...

Maybe some people can post about the same problem? I mean if people are complaining about every little possible thing i KNOW this is pissing other people off as well..

I changed my tap interval to 100; my hover period to 100; and swipe sensitivity to high 6. I feel as though it helped me.

Yeah i've already done that and it helped, but still not really up to par for me.

Turn off the spell check and stuff

like MK4 said turn off spell check and auto correction. that sped it up a bit for me. that is if you dont use those options

What os are you using? When I was on .75 I would have typing lag but ever since I updated to .122 then .132, typing has been a lot more smoother. Try the previous suggestions, if that doesn't work then try upgrading to a new os if you haven't already.

i have done all that too and it still has the same lag, help please, i just got the storm a few days ago and it was quick on texting but now its slow

I've noticed that it lag pretty bad depending on you actual connection. at home (good connection) it works great. at work (crappy connection) lagggggy texting. kinda silly if simple texting is based on your connection speed
