Missing lots of core apps, searched, can't figure it out.
Guys, I know there's a lot of threads on this but I haven't been able to find an answer.
I have a Storm 9530 on Verizon.
I upgraded from .65 to .75 to .85 to .86 to .99 then wiped then back to .99.
I'm currently on .99.
I don't know when, exactly, but I've lost a lot of BB's core applications. This includes BlackBerry Messenger, BlackBerry Maps, BlackBerry Application Center, and the two games that initially came with it.
So far I've tried registering the BlackBerry and resending Service Books and neither worked. I then checked my device and realized that none of these were even installed to the device.
I then went to the Application Loader, both through Desktop Manager and independantly (i.e. I loaded the Loader.exe from windows outside of the Desktop Manager). It did not list these applications.
I had done a manual backup of applications before each OS install and wipe and browsed to each of those .alx files. It didn't find any "new applications" in any of them.
At this point I have literally no clue what to do. After I did my wipe, to reinstall .99 (which I did because .99 was extremely glitchy the first time I installed it), only four things installed, if I recall correctly.
What should I do at this point?
edit: Sorry, in case it's not clear from the description above, none of the specific apps show up AT ALL in the Application Loader. I can't even reinstall them using the Application Loader; they just don't exist as an option.
