I am not sure where to post this. I have a VZ Storm, so I figured this would make the most sense. If this is more appropriate somewhere else, please move.

I have set up folders in my Outlook Inbox. Some of the folders show up in the messages (View Folder), but some of them do not.

We are running the latest BES and here is what I have tried...

Enabled Folder Redirection. (Problem is, how to enable redirection when the folder is not even in the list?)
Toggled Wireless Sync On/Off in BES
Deleted and Resent Service Books

In the folders that do show up, the emails are filed correctly and show up on BB. I have verified that all folders are in user mailbox on server.

I even tried to create and some test folders in the inbox, but they do no show up. As a matter of fact, folders that I deleted last week still show up.

Any ideas?
