Yesterday I downgraded from 603 to 517, and lost an icon for my local email on suddenlink.net. I went to setup, and deleted the account, rebooted, then set it up again. However, I still get no icon for the account.

I read a similar post, and it was suggested to log on to the bis (?) server.
I can still receive emails using the account, but cannot send without a way to get into it.
I am on Vzw, and have never logged on to anything there or at BB that has to do with bis .

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks murphy 5111, that got the icon back and allows me to use it, however the icon is dimmed compared to the other icons, and when I move it to a row to where it should appear on the main screen, it doesn't appear there.

I guess a battery pull is in order to see if that will fix it.

thanks for the advice, and if you have ideas about the icon being dim, I would appreciate them.

OK, got it.

Batt pull didn't work, so I highlighted it, and "Hide" was checked. Unchecked, and all is well.
