    I've set it all to 14 days...and yet my messages from over a month ago are still there...any ideas? Thank you!

    You are having the opposite problem that I am.. Mine dissapear after 2 days.

    If you just set it, it will take a day to catch up. At least it does for me.

    Also, how did you set it to 14 days? I can only chose 15, 30,, etc.
